In the event of closure due to a breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kkkjilli accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks. kkkjilli does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (Philippine Pesos). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your kkkjilli account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with kkkjilli's standard processing schedule. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. kkkjilli reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the kkkjilli account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the kkkjilli platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). kkkjilli is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. kkkjilli reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Real money deposits are used for wagering before bonus funds unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
5.6 Modification and Cancellation. kkkjilli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be notified and their accrued progress will be handled fairly at kkkjilli's discretion.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time via video stream. 11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kkkjilli's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 kkkjilli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kkkjilli will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
12.2 Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure.

13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
